Image Cache

I dont know where i must post this kind of threads ,, but the moderator will move it
I`am searching for a image caching sytem and save images to a local foler or to database

for 3.7.x
I found one for 3.6.x but isnt work when i updated to 3.6.9 +
so any thing like it plz ??

I see some one said thats the product was working with 3.7.x !!
so whats the problem ?
