Homepage design - help

I really want to make a homepage for my website with some of the reviews that are on my site, some polls a welcome message and links. also cool pictures that alarm the user or GAMING. How can i do all this without a lot of php or html knowledge and whats the easiest way?

i dotn want soemthing like that with small links and an uncustomisable look to it. (not style)I want soemthign liek a drag and drop page creater. lol
