Ok ive had Major problems on my site and need to ip ban a person. How can i do this? :confused:

then what i type in the persons name. He keeps making more accounts after i ban one of his accoounts

You said you wanted to IP ban him. If so, enable banning options > Yes, and then enter his IP in where it says "Banned IP Addresses".
