You cannot post HTML.
create a BBCODE for this to get it working.

this worked perfectly on my friends forum, created the video right in his post.... but on mine it is simply code...this has to be an admin panel setting ?

if he's using vB, then he must be using some mod like this Allow Usergroups to Post HTML (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=96926&highlight=post+html)
Check this if you want to know how to create a BBCODE for youtube YouTube embedded video (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=111386&highlight=youtube)
you can use the same way to embed videos from webridestv OR streetfire.
visit this (http://tech6.com/showthread.php?t=40) page of my site to see how I used bbcode to embed videos from different sites.
okk.. here's the setting [B]Allow HTML in Non Forum Specific Areas in vbulletin options->BBCODE settings.
But as it says (Strongly not recommended.), you shouldn't go for it as allowing HTML in posts can be a security risk.
