Avatar Extensions

I couldn't find anything after a search, but how do I add extra file type extensions for avatars etc?

Perhaps the manual will help you - Avatars (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/avatars)

(although I believe avatars just have to be pictures of some sort. Usergroup permissions also have some permissions to do with avatar types.)
