New Thread button beside New Reply

Hey all.. i wanna add a New Thread button beside New Reply.. [ in the right or left ]

I edited the SHOWTHREAD template..but cudnt really add it left or right..instead added above it..

Here's the original SHOWTHREAD template..without the NEW THREAD button beside NEW REPLY.. can anyone add it left or right to NEW REPLY?
