How To Define Permissions

Here's what I would like to do....

I want to allow only 'moderators' and 'ministers' (a user group I created) to be able to post new threads in these particular cateogies:
http://www.true2ourselves.com/forum/#offical-forum-topics

However, I want to allow everyone to be able to reply to these threads....

How can I do this? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Go to Forum Permissions from forums and moderators

choose the desired forums and then set the Post / Thread Permissions
