if i get error message in email . my guest always reset to 0 (kickout from my site)
im confused about this.
if im reinstall my forum in to vb.3.7.1,is my problem solved or not ?

If your Guest list is always being reset, or 'erased', then I am guessing mysql is reseting itself. You need to look in your mysql error logs to see if this is happening. (I could have sworn you already posted about this and I suggested the exact same thing. edit: I did - Sometimes my guest always Kick Out (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=180017))

im not familiar with that.and my host support say thats nothing error in mysql vbulletin log.

Check the uptime for MySQL. Most likely it gets restarted often.

PS My guess is that your host is not telling the complete truth. ;)

It is your host. MySQL problems are server sided, most of the time.
Are you on a shared, VPS/VDS, or dedicated server?
