How to set send mail to members when he has new message / replies?

Sorry to ask this idiot question but I can not find how after checking all vBulletin settings...

I want to send a mail to member when he has a new message or somebody posted a reply for his threads. Where and how can I make the settings?

Are you looking for ACP -> vBulletin Options -> User Registration Options -> Default Registration Options -> Automatic Thread Subscription Mode -> Instant email notification?
