Before I purchase, any good Garage mod. out there?

I need a Garage mod. like they have in PHPBB.
Should I install PHPBB and take it from there or is there some ongoing garage hack working with vBulletin?

I would like to use vBulletin over PHPBB.

I saw this post, but I don't have privilege to post question about it.

A lot of sites use vBGarage on 3.7, www.r6messagenet.com for example.
