hello i have 10k Members in my forum.
i take dedicated server.and my host let me send to 15k messages / hour.
im sending a message for all users via admincp "send email to all users"
but some of member didnt received my email,even they use a real email.
so what should i do to make my messages can be received by all members. (They real email)

Could this be to do with, some users may have "recieve emails from admin" turned off, is the people that don't recieve the emails, have the option turned off?

Check your SPF records at the DNS Zone edit panel located inside the WHM CP.
More over, if most of the emails are from @hotmail.com and @yahoo.com they are most likely to be blocked by those companies.

I ain't exactly an expert by I know you can go to admin cp - user - then edit each user manually then click "recieve admin email" but I am sure there may be a quicker way.
Prehaps someone with more knowledge knows, sorry.

You may go to Maintenance > Execute SQL Query > from the dropdown select "Yes - Receive Admin Emails"
But, don't forget that they can just turn it off again in their User CP and you may piss some members off if you set that to Yes when they deliberately set it to No.
