Flash Advert Coming Over Forums?

Was looking at the BOTM and seen this board http://marshmarauders.org/forums/

The advert in the top right hand corner, is superb.

I had a right good search for it, and couldn't find it anywhere, but is this a plugin/addon, and can anyone point me to the correct place if they see it?
