[HELP] Can't use Message Formatting Controls

Hi,
I have a problem in my forum. My VBB is 3.7.0
I have already enable Standard & WYSIWYG Control in Message Posting Interface Options, but when posting new thread or reply, member can't use it.

Eg : when I click Insert Image, Bolg , Align ... but there is no happen

Please provide a link and test login so we can see what the problem is.

Are you using a customised style? If so does using a normal style resolve the issue? If not check that the files in your /clientscript/ folder are up to date.

Then it is a problem with the customised style, you need to consult the author of this style on how rectify this problem or to provide you with an updated style.
