Adding Navigation breadcrumbs at the bottom of the thread

How would I go about doing this?

ie. the navigation at the top of the thread

website.com > Discussion > Offtopic Discussion

I want to put that at the bottom of the thread page so the user doesn't have to scroll up on long threads.
