I had no idea where to post this so if anyone does please move. Anyway I am looking for a mod that will make it so that before a person could PM another person they would be forced to read something I put up. I want to make this per usergroup. Like if a member wanted to PM the admins then they would have to read our notice. It would also be nice if I could make it per userid also. This way I could only make the notice appear for me. As really the information I used would only apply to me.
