SMS Billing?

Hey, I dunno if this is the correct forum for this really, but none of the others seemed applicable!

Anyway, what is the best service/way to use SMS billing on vB forums? I'm not particularly worried if it doesn't integrate with vB, but would like it so members send a message to a number and recieve a code or something like that.

An alternative to say like Paypal for suscriptions. Sorry I wasn't very clear on that bit :p.

Sms billing would really be most helpful since people are still quite reluctant to give the credit card number for any purchase on the internet. I've read that Mobilebill has a Vbulletin plugin already but it's only available in Uk.

Thanks, but I was looking for sms billing for suscriptions and I don't see this working with it.
