hello

my forum v3.7.0

i in WHM---->Backup--->Configure Backup--->automatic backup from Account site me

daily: Friday, Sunday ,Wednesday

and weekly ,monthly

but 1 problem :

every days than automatic take backup from account me (site me)
site me =Database error

why ...

what is problem ?

i have same pb with new version 3.7

i have download 3.9.10 for me it's more stable

with version 3.7 i have all days pb in database

The database has encountered a problem.
Please try the following:

* Load the page again by clicking the Refresh button in your web browser.
* Open the http://www.mydomain.com home page, then try to open another page.
* Click the Back button to try another link.

The http://www.mydomain.com forum technical staff have been notified of the error, though you may contact them if the problem persists.

this error today ,

synchronic with create backup automatic, weekly (Thursday) time 5:00 AM GMT London

or backup daily or monthly again database error

I think he's trying to backup his databsae from the adminCP, or using some sort of modification.

The only realiable way to do this is with SSH however.

That error indicates that the information entered in config.php are not correct.

It means that the MySQL username/password/host/databasename in the config.php do not match the details on your MySQL server.

Just to add, you need to have created a user with full permissions to your vBulletin database. You can do this in cPanel, providing you have it.

username and password and databasename OK


even, for now site me runing

but, every day moment create backup automatic = db error

So to get this correct:

- your board works fine.
- Every day when the WHM/cPanel backup is running, the entire board does not function at all and only give the above error?
- Once the backup is complete, the board will function normal again.

after, end create backup automatic

for start again ---i login to Cpanel ----->MySQL? Databases

That's it. !!!!!!!!


after this work, site again Back !!!!!!

version mysql server former me = 4.1.22-standard mysql version


but

new server me ,version mysql = 5.0.45-community
