Right-click and click "View Source" on that page and post the complete HTML, as hat contains the actual error.

I think he's trying to backup his databsae from the adminCP, or using some sort of modification.
The only realiable way to do this is with SSH however.
Right-click and click "View Source" on that page and post the complete HTML, as hat contains the actual error.

It means that the MySQL username/password/host/databasename in the config.php do not match the details on your MySQL server.

Just to add, you need to have created a user with full permissions to your vBulletin database. You can do this in cPanel, providing you have it.
It means that the MySQL username/password/host/databasename in the config.php do not match the details on your MySQL server.
i check in config.php
username and password and databasename OK
even, for now site me runing
but, every day moment create backup automatic = db error

So to get this correct:
- your board works fine.
- Every day when the WHM/cPanel backup is running, the entire board does not function at all and only give the above error?
- Once the backup is complete, the board will function normal again.
Correct?
So to get this correct:
- Once the backup is complete, the board will function normal again.
Correct?
Not work
after, end create backup automatic
for start again ---i login to Cpanel ----->MySQL? Databases
