You have to edit the post bit or postbit_legacy templates. Find your posts or whatever ($vbphrase[posts]) and copy that. Past that again, change $vbphrase[posts] to "Real Name:" then place $post[fieldx] after that. Change the x to be the profile field number.

oh, i just passed this ,od a few hours ago, i forgot what section i got it from, but i downloaded it, and would be more than happy to share it with you :)

Instructions are simple, upload xml file and go into admin cp - vbulletin options, - thread display optins, then edit which profile fields to show in postbit, edit either postbit OR postbit legacy, depending on which one you use

Well since im here, i might aswell ad a question of my own to anyone who knows...
Is there anyway to add a profile drop down list on postbit. example
ill have a button called "my location" and users press that button and a drop down list comes up with my location, ive seen it on a couple of forums and can link you an example if you don't get what i mean.
Hope someone can help :D

If you do a search for $vbphrase[posts] you will see a general repeated html. Something like this:
<div>
$vbpharse[posts]: $post[posts]
</div>

If you want it above or below posts, you will want to place this HTML code (around that area):
<div>
Your Title: $post[fieldX]
</div>

The X will be replaced with the profile field number. I believe that can be found in the profile field manager.

you spelled vbphrase wrong

he means to search for $vbphrase[posts] in postbit template and not in Language and Phrases.
