I've created a paypal vbulletin subscription and it works fine for all members who wish to pay using paypal.
But unfortunatelly, if you're a member without a paypal account and select paypal credit card payment (option: Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account.) country will auto default/switch to 'Canada' (where I reside) no matter what other country you select from the list.

90% of my user base is from USA and do not have paypal accounts, thus they're unable to pay and complaining about not being able to change country setting from Canada to USA.
I have contacted Paypal, but they are not answering.
Anyone encountered this problem?
Anything I can change in vbulletin or paypal settings you could recommend.
