I know when changing the "hover background" it changes the background BUT how can I do it so it fills the whole of the navbar?

Update:

background: #FFFFFF;
}

if so, where can I add this?

This may help you out - Navbar Template (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/color_maps_navbar)

Another comment.... it's easier for me to view images if I can do so in my browser. bmp are a filetype I have to download and then view with another application. As a result, I never bother to open/download files that are bmps.

Erm maybe just your computer or something, not really sure.

Lynne are we allowed to give out admin access accounts to anyone?

E.g. If I trust someone I don't know in real life, are we allowed to say can you do
"such a such" and give them an account that has access to admin cp?

Are you allowed to? It's your site and I suppose you can do anything you want. However, I would be very careful with who you chose to share access with. I know I have given access to my files/server to other people I will never meet in real life, but I had a good feel for them. I suppose you should change any passwords afterwards if this is a temporary thing. I have also seen people asking for help on here and then someone else later post that they fixed it in the admin account, so obviously other people have given out access to users here to fix things. I don't know that I would give out access to someone who has only posted a couple of times though.
