Not that I'm aware of. But seriously, you'd risk your site with a free seo module? I know I sure wouldn't. Get a paid one, such as vBSEO!

No there aren't any working free ones for 3.7 any more I dont think, though you probably dont want to spend the cash for vBSEO, there are some free things you can do to better optimize your vBulletin.
