logging in problems

some members of my forum have said that even when they click remember me and for it to keep them logged in at all times they come back and there logged out or when there on the forums and click home it logs them out randomly

anyone know why this would be happening? thanks

Sometimes users will login at www.yoursite.com and then get directed to a page that is at yoursite.com (no www at the beginning) and the cookies will not show them as being logged in. Can people go to both www.yoursite.com and yoursite.com or do you have one of those set to redirect to the other?

Set your cookie domain to .domain.com (note the preceding dot).
