1. you can work more on the quality of logo
2. I see you are not using any images for category strips and for other such places instead you are simply using "red" to color them up. Why not use red/white gradient images, they'll enhance the look and feel.
3. You forgot to change the collapsible icons.
4. The look of the site is too plain and simple, there's a lot of scope of improvement. all the best :up:

Way too many forums for a young board, start small and grow gradually as you grow in member count, post count, etc.

All those forums make your board look really inactive, if you understand where I am coming from.
