Cheating in a game mod

I have the ibProArcade installed. I suspect a member is cheating. Scores are way to high, lol. I can't prove it though. I have a site meter installed. It shows her out click was the game. And hour and a half later, she comes back in. But the entry page URL is a little strange.

You click it, it comes up blank. Can anybody decipher the last part of the url?

It's not a bug. I have posted in their support forum with no answer. I am trying to find out about a url inside a vBulletin product. I am hoping there are some members in here with far more knowledge then myself about urls.
