User can't log-in

One of our client's users is unable to log into their vBulletin forum, however when I test the account I am able to log-in without any problems.

Does anyone know of some ideas that I could have this user try to see where the problem is? He says he was able to log-in until a couple of weeks ago and that he has not made any changes to his system recently. He is unable to log into the account at both his home and work computers.

Make sure his IP hasn't been banned in your settings.

I have checked and verified that no IP addresses are being blocked. Its very odd. I even setup a test account for the user to try and he reports that he can't log-in with that account either.

Is there something that could've been changed in his browser settings that would prohibit him from logging in?
