Is there a tutorial to SEO my forum quite well? The free mods I have found aren't that great, and don't SEO everything...
Can anyone help on this?

How would you measure the results?
How would you define that you have now achieved "good SEO"?

There are 2 free SEO options for vBulletin.
Zoints SEO. I use that on my forums. You can search for it here in the 3.6 mods. (it works for 3.7.0)
Another would be a mod over at Daniweb.com
Daniweb is just that. An SEO. Zoints has tons more features and easier to install.
Both free.
