Get a blank page after post/thread

sometimes if my members open my forum,and make a post / thread they got a blank page. but the post showing up but what it gets is a blank page.if i will do refresh the browser.it will be duplicated the post.
and if all members back to home menu,they got blank page too.

you have shoutbox installed and its showing your new threads in the shoutbox
you need to disable this announments in admincp and it will fix the blank pages

im not install the shoutbox.
it is no shoutbox.but thread / post.

No lynne before this im not instal the plugin or product.
its okay before this.
before this iam using vps, but since so many attacken that addressed to my site so now iam using dedicated server. is this the problems because iam moving to dedicated server?

A dedicated server does not 'cause' white pages. There are 12 things to check out in that link I gave you. Did you go through them all?

maybe its because yesterday im install cron based email.
and now im already uninstall this plugin.
and the problem is solved.thanks Lynne.
