cant view links....

Hi guys ive done some searching cant really dig anything up so i thought id ask if anyone can or has made a modification to hide links from users untill they have made x amount have posts, and also the same with attachments..

Thanks never seen it earlier thank you, but links is there on for hiding them too :P
