email update [need help]

so ive changed my email over @ vbulletin.com now i cant dl any stuff from here

ive done as the read me says in the pink box but nothing is working

is there any other way to update my email in the user cp?

need help with this please

The email address you are uing for your vBulletin.org account is not on any license.

You are currently showing up as unlicensed.
