html and bulk email addon

Is there any addon or mods which make the email all users function a littloe more useable.

I have a newsletter which is cureently sent out to members of one site. i would like to also send that to my forum users but the email users only allows very basic text emails to be sent out.

has anyone integrated a better html editor or anything similar?

Not that im aware of, but you could simply generate the mailing list from the forums and then use your host panel email client to send your news letter out.
