Install

upload helpcenter.php file overwrite to your forum folder
re-import product-helpcenter.xml overwrite via product manager

I can't see us implementing this into the core code anytime soon. That's what hacks are for. It's a good hack nonetheless.

Maybe in the future, we'll implement some hooks -- making it easier for you to do modifications.

Usergroup permissions? There are none. I am the admin and I can't even access it.

I installed and now it says I do not have permission to view the page, whereas before I had no issues.

unistalled dosent work for 3.8

I have guest access allowed to submit a ticket, both the HelpCenter and the stats addon are working well on my 3.8.6 vb :)

lol having posted that I now see that the permissions are not applying to viewing the actual tickets...off to the original thread :P
