Server help please

Ok I am currently needing to switch to another Host/server and they want to charge me almost 300 dollars to switch over the sites content from my server now to the new one.

I want to take speedjunkyz.info and switch it from my server to the new host/server. But I do not have 300 dollars to do so. Can anyone help me?
