Could someone assist and tell me what template this is (in blue type) that holds the description of a forum and where it is located. It does not appear to be forumhome or showthread. Thanks for any help. (this is 3.6.8)

It should be forumdisplay. When your in that template try looking near $navbar, it should be under that somewhere.
