forum for just admin and user?

Hi, I have seen manyh forums where there will be a forum that a user can submit a thread and it doesn't show to the public, but just to the admin. How does this work?

What I am looking to do is create a forum that people can request what website services they would like done, and I just want admins (Me) to be able to see it and contact them back via that thread.

Any help is appreciated!

you simply have to create a forum, with permission set to "See Others Threads" to no...
