Wrong username or password ?

When i access forum and enter user & pass correct but it show :


Wrong username or password. You have used up your failed login quota! Please wait 15 minutes before trying again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!


Why's it show this ? and how fix ?

i just have the same problem i waited but it still there not only for me , its for the rest of the users or most of them
