Join Request Changes Primary Usergroup

I'm wondering if there is a mod (or a vB setting?) where approving a Usergroup Join request changes the person's Primary usergroup, instead of adding them to a secondary usergroup?

Mainly user title. Most of my users won't bother with visiting their group memberships and changing their "known as" group to reflect the appropriate title.

This is not possible with default vBulletin. Would also be difficult as a user can have joined more then 1 public usergroup.
