increase number of photos member can post

There seems to be a limnit of 5 photos our forum members can post. How do I increase this to 10?

actually, I spoke too soon, Anthony. I'm still limited to 5 images even though I put 0 for unlimited in Message Attachment options. What am I doing wrong??
