Profile Visitor Message Notification

Hi all,

Could anyone create a mod that would send the profile owner a PM or an Email when someone posts a message on their profile page?

Or has this been done?

This is not exactly what we are asking for, it doesn't have the option to send an email-notification to a person who has a new visitor message on their profile.
