How to force users to confirm their email ?

Hi everybody,
I don't know if this is the right place to request a modification or not ?!

I need to force my users to confirm their email for one time when they enter the board.

and like every 6 months of one year I will ask them again to confirm their email.

Is there a mod like this, or a way in vb 3.7 to do it ?
