Custom order on showgroup.php?

Hi,
I'd like to show the differents groups in showgroups.php in a custom order.. and i want to hide a group..
how can i do it?

Now they're in alfabethical order.. i want to show them in "hierarchic order".. something like:

- Moderator
- Global Moderator
- Vice-Administrator (custom group)
- Web-Designer (custom group)
- Administrator

(or vice versa)

I dont want the Members to be sorted my alphabetical order, so how do you show them by groups and in a costom order?
