looks like server problem to me. try consulting your host. As error says, it requires PHP configuration.

I added to htaccess this code:
php_flag suhosin.cookie.encrypt Off
php_value suhosin.request.max_vars 2048
php_value suhosin.post.max_vars 2048

And it's ok.
