Take a look at the color maps in the manual, including this one: Thread Template (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/color_maps_thread)

Hello I am back and I ask again for help
This colors I cant modify
I got that response from the Vbulletin Support Team:

The color map that Lynne gave you is a good resource. But those colors are from the HTML code parser. I don't think there is a way to change them without modifying the code which is a www.vbulletin.org question.

All the best,
Jake Bunce
Support Team, vBulletin

Please can anyone help me here?

Look at your source code for that page. In it, you'll see something like this (this is from 3.7 beta 2, yours may be slightly differerent):
<pre class="alt2" dir="ltr" style="
margin: 0px;
padding: 6px;
border: 1px inset;
width: 640px;
height: 34px;
text-align: left;
overflow: auto"><span style="color:#000080">&lt;b&gt;</span><span style="color:#000080">&lt;font size=<span style="color:#0000FF">
The blue is defined at the beginning with that span tag. Do a global search through your files for "000080" and it comes up a couple of times including in file class_bbcode.php around line 2130. I think that is where you need to change it.
