Can someone help me shorten my members list and still keep all the Categories?

Honestly, you should drop some of the categories that a lot of members don't fill out. Things like Occupation and Instant Messaging for starters.

The only way you're going to shrink that otherwise is to add spans around the fields to shrink the font size, which will look rather bad.
