Email Confirmation HELP!

Ok I believe that a lot of my users got discouraged from coming back after registering because they didn't get that Confirmation Email right away, In fact i had to manually accept them. Some get it and some don't....WHY.....Anyone else having this problem?

I run 3.6.8 and I am trying to get my forum rolling but can't because of these little bumps....Help me please

1. You dont have a spf record

2. Your hostname differs from your domain name, so you need to include both in the spf record.

3. You will need to have the email log checked and make sure your domain is not failing for other reasons as well.

This is server-related. You will need to have access to your DNS records to fix the SPF record.
