Are there any mods for 3.7 v.ad permissions

I am looking for a mod that will work with Adsense, but also have permissions for certain groups. I know of the thread postbit one, but I was hoping for something site wide (ie. header/footer and such). I don't know if none exists or if I am just missing the mod.
