Is there a mod that does a detailed paid sign-up feature, with different packages?

Ok so basicly what I want is that on registration users can choose from packages (like 1 month , 2 month, 6 monht ect.) and I would prefer if you could choose like a different user group for different packages. Anyways I would like ti done by paypal.
