Shift postbit to the right?

Is it possible to shift the name, avatar, rank, posts, all that good stuff from the left to the right? I think it might look more unique and it would be nice to look at the post first.

Since it is just a table with a couple of columns, you could just manually cutout one column and move/copy it to beside the other.
