The only advice I have currently is of a community thing, and that is to make topics viewable by guests. That way, you'll actually find search engines will index the content, and be a major source of visitors.
Secondly, fill up those empty forums. You have a good amount for a new forum, just they lack content. Content is king, so post a good deal of it and a lot more people should join.
You may also want topical smilies, and to use vBulletin 3.7.0. Hope that helps.

Any that's relevant. Polls about favourite games, articles, debates about what console is better (although I know what the answer would likely be for your forum, and it's the same as what my personal answer would be) and news...
Oh, and reviews.

You need a new banner, simply because it seemingly doesn't seem like a game site enough to me, and seems like a clan site because of that generic banner.

Looks very good. Are you interested in selling the nintendo-forum.net domain?
Good luck,
Corey

My dude,
You have way too many forums for such a new, young board.
I suggest starting with a small amount of forums and as you grow, you expand the board. :)
Besides that, may I ask what makes this forum greater than all the other 'video game' ones? I hardly see anything innovative or compelling about the site and the theme does not match the video game feel that I had in mind, especially in regard to Nintendo (from a guest perspective coming to your board).
Maybe start with the vBulletin default theme and try learning and understanding the concept of customization through the Main CSS, Style Vars, rather than going with a theme that that is incoherent to the Nintendo lineup to begin with.
Good luck with your endeavors, however, enjoy all you can, and take in all you can, and learn from it. ;)

Why do you have ps3 and xbox sections on a nintendo forum? Your Wii forum should be higher up. Create more nintendo related sections and make it look like an nintendo forum. You have alot of work to do.

I agree. You should have Wii discussion as your main category. All other gaming discussion is secondary.
If you're going to truly embrace your niche, you better make some smart changes immediately.
