not able to see full menu

Hi, i am not able to see the full menu waht i mean is.....when we create the new post there is font and, font color and code quote..... i cant see that...what is rong please help me!

1. revert your Templates and try disabling your mods (the latest ones probably that caused this problem). It would solve your problem !!

2. If this doesn't help.. create a child style of your style (no parent) and then see.
