Attach Files on Quick Reply

I'm looking for a way to put the Attach Files area under the Quick Reply box, much like it is under advanced. Seems a lot of my users don't use the upload feature because they never go to the advanced post area. So their massive images never get thumbnailed and they hotlink like mad.

no, there isn't any mod yet. There was one but its in mod grave now !!
